Skating Development Program
The Q3 Program is Quantum Speed’s signature system – and the ultimate goal is to increase your player’s Speed and Confidence. It’s designed for hockey and ringette players aged 13 and above.
Q3 is the only skating development program in the world that is GUARANTEED to produce the results you’re looking for, or we’ll happily and cheerfully refund your money!
As opposed to one-week “crash courses” in skating technique that produce lackluster results at best, Q3 is an intensive program that creates lasting results over 2-3 months. During that time, your player will participate in three intensive four-day sessions – and be drilled, coached, and individually supported in a professional, focused environment that is proven to produce incredible improvements.
Each Q3 program includes 12 ice sessions, 9 Dryland sessions, and 3 mental training seminars. Players focus specifically on Technique in the first 4-day session, Power in the second 4-day session and Speed in the third 4-day session.
